A psycho tortures three women who angered him years ago in elementary school for his own twisted AMUSEMENT. If only the audience found it similarly diverting. Most everything here is rote and familiar, with a climax that takes way too long to play out and a villain whose “amusing” laugh is more annoying than creepy. — Jeff Schultz
