A SERIOUS MAN

Seriously good, A SERIOUS MAN is unrelentingly hilarious. The Coen Brothers are in top form in this story of a man whose life is unravelling before our eyes. Michael Stuhlbarg is wonderful as the bewildered Larry Gopnik. The cast is full of unknowns and bit players who rise to the occasion. Any Jew will recognize their relatives in several characters. One of the Coens' best! — Alan Yudman
